This model allows us to focus entirely on your needs, providing unbiased advice and access to properties you might not find otherwise, without charging you a fee.

What kind of properties do you specialize in?

We are specialists in off-the-plan investment properties. Our portfolio includes turnkey house & land packages, dual-key homes, co-living properties, duplexes, and apartments. For SMSF investors, we have access to compliant one-part contract properties. While we don’t specialize in established homes, we can refer you to trusted partners in our network who do.

How do I know the builders you work with are high quality?

Our reputation is built on the quality of the properties we recommend. We operate a highly selective panel of developers, focusing on those with a long history of excellence, multiple industry awards, and a proven track record of on-time delivery. We reject more builders than we accept, because our long-term success depends entirely on your satisfaction and the performance of your investment.

Which states do you offer properties in?

We have access to investment properties across Australia, with a primary focus on the key growth corridors in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, and Western Australia. While we don’t currently service the NT or Tasmania, our network is constantly expanding.

Can you help me invest using my Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF)?

Yes, absolutely. We have a deep understanding of SMSF investment requirements and can source fully compliant, one-part contract properties suitable for your fund. We also work closely with specialist mortgage brokers who can guide you through the SMSF finance process.

What happens after the initial Discovery Call?

The Discovery Call is to understand your goals. Afterward, we will guide you through a financial qualification process to confirm your borrowing capacity. Once that’s complete, we present a curated list of 5-10 suitable properties. If you see an option you like, we can secure it with a small, refundable Expression of Interest (EOI) deposit while you make your final decision.

What if I don’t like the properties you present to me?

Our goal is to find the right fit for you. If the initial selection isn’t right, we will present a second round of curated properties based on your feedback. We are confident our data-driven approach will identify a suitable investment. If, after two rounds, we still haven’t found a match, we ask for a small, refundable Expression of Interest (EOI) deposit to continue a dedicated search, ensuring we focus our resources on serious, committed investors.

What is your role after I sign the contract?

Signing the contract is the beginning of our long-term relationship, not the end. We remain your primary point of contact throughout the construction process. After settlement, we will check in regularly to track your investment’s performance and discuss future opportunities to expand your portfolio when you are ready. Our goal is to be your property investment advisor for life.

How can I best prepare for our Discovery Call?

Excellent question. To make our time together as productive as possible, we recommend having a clear picture of three things:

  1. Your Goals: Have a general idea of your investment budget and any states or cities you are interested in.
  2. Your Structure: Know whether you plan to invest personally or are exploring options like a Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF).
  3. Your Financials: Be prepared to discuss your current financial position (income, assets, liabilities). The clearer your numbers, the faster we can identify real opportunities for you.

You don’t need to be an expert, but this preparation will allow us to provide you with maximum value from our very first conversation.

What if I need to reschedule my appointment?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your booked meeting, please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice, and we will be happy to find a new time for you.

To ensure we can provide dedicated attention to all our committed investors, our appointment slots are in high demand. Therefore, as a matter of professional courtesy to all our clients, we have a firm policy of not offering new appointments for no-shows.
