It took me less than a month to observe a landscape driven by hype, biased advice, and sales tactics that disrespect the client’s intelligence and time. I founded Nexus Property Access to be the antithesis of that model.

Our partnership is built on efficiency. We require formal acceptance of all meeting invitations. While we understand plans can change with 24-hour notice, our firm policy is to not rebook no-shows to ensure our time is dedicated to committed clients.

My Background
My professional background is rooted in frontline sales and advisory, with experience across consumer electronics, B2B technology, and institutional equities at AUSIEX, Westpac’s white-label stockbroker. It was during my transition into property investment advisory that I identified the deep need for a client-first, data-driven model, leading to the creation of Nexus Property Access.
